Fixed reading of files bigger than 2G. Non-UPXed versions of MPlayer and MEncoder are now on the 7-Zip self-extracting file; you can open it from inside the 7-Zip file manager and extract manually if you don’t want to use the self-extractor.

Fixed: An error in my fontconfig review made it look for the fontconfig cache in the wrong place. I altered an environment variable by accident. I have no idea on why did it work for me :S

Fontconfig was changed to use %appdata%/fontconfig for the cache and will rebuild it for all users on first run. Also, several dependency packages were updated.
