MPlayer Shortlog:
- Patched with a modified mplayer-tcdump.patch. Adds a new video filter, -vf tcdump[=file], that makes a mkvmerge v2 timecodes file, works with mplayer only. Outputs to “timecodesv2.txt” by default.

There is problem for the reading of the file .ogg particularly .ogg of Theora. Especially in stream and in the bottom(stocking,bottoms,stockings) 150 kbps, which to work well to mplayer 0.0.9.0

MPlayer interrupted by signal 4 in module: play_audio
- MPlayer crashed by an ‘Illegal Instruction’.
It may be a bug in our new runtime CPU-detection code…

it broke window mode (right click) on win7 and resolution scaling (1080p on 1280×1024 is centered and cut instead of downscaled)

By changing the MPEG2 decoder to libmpeg2, The deinterlacing problem is still.
The latest builds all have a one/two-second delay in starting up. Any idea what can be causing this? Try running an old version without any arguments and you’ll see it dumps the help instantly, whereby newer versions have a delay. Is it runtime CPU detection maybe, or something with the font cache? I script a lot with mplayer and the delay is getting a little annoying, nothing big though. :)
Can you post the build output? I’d like to see what build options were used.
some words about chapters… last time i’m found video with multiply angels muxed to mkv.
it’s realized using chapters and tags in matroska, f.e: http://2file.net/get/7855/
it’s example for “Leon Killer” Director’s cut and original versions. using chapters system it’s add some trimmed fragments to original version.
but i’m cant find how to switch between angels (EditionEntry in mkv lexicon) in mplayer if it’s posible.
MPlayer currently doesn’t support Ordered Editions. I think the Haali Splitter is the only demuxer that supports those today.
