I altered an environment variable by accident. I have no idea on why did it work for me :S Download Links: Fontconfig was changed to use %appdata%/fontconfig for the cache and will rebuild it for all users on first run. Also, several dependency packages were updated. As you can see, I now use WordPress to manage my homepage :) The latest builds I published before the move can be downloaded from here (MPlayer) and here (MEncoder).
